Join Our Nationwide Driver Pool
At A to Z Dispatch, we are building a comprehensive Driver Pool—a centralized database of qualified drivers that helps streamline recruitment for our partner and affiliated companies across the country.
We do not provide bookings or jobs, nor do we manage driver compliance. Our role is solely to collect and maintain a list of drivers and make this pool available to our verified partners. This enables drivers to be discoverable by companies actively seeking talent, while giving partners easy access to a network of potential hires.
How It Works
Download the App
Drivers interested in being considered for recruitment by our partners can begin by downloading the A to Z Dispatch Driver App.
Opt-In for Recruitment
During onboarding, drivers will be asked whether they want to join the Driver Recruitment Pool. By accepting, drivers agree to be listed and made visible to our subscribed partners.
Submit Documents
Drivers must upload relevant identification, certifications, and documents. This information is securely stored and made available to partner companies upon request.

Before joining the pool, drivers must review and agree to our Terms & Conditions, which clearly outline that A to Z Dispatch:

If you are a subscribed partner or affiliated company, you can:
- Access and browse the Driver Pool.
- Filter by location, qualifications, or document status
- Select and contact drivers directly

- All compliance verification, communication, onboarding, and vetting processes must be handled by the partner company.
- A to Z Dispatch is not responsible for any post-selection compliance, employment terms, or contractual obligations.
