How to Take Bookings on Your Own Website

Three ways to put your booking form in front of customers — a ready-made link, a fully branded version on your own pages, or a simple box you paste into your existing site. All three use the same rates, the same fleet, and land in the same dispatch dashboard.

MethodBest ForEffort
Booking URLSharing a link, QR codes, email, adsNone
iFrame EmbedGetting bookings live on an existing site quicklyLow — paste one line of code
Script EmbedA fully branded booking journey on your websiteMedium — a developer adds code to five pages
Method 1

Booking URL

A complete, mobile-friendly booking page hosted for you — open it in any browser and it works. Nothing to install, nothing to configure. Your booking address is shown ready to copy in your admin panel under Setup → Booking Widget.

Share it anywhere you'd share any other link:

A "Book Now" button on your site
Email signatures and newsletters
Social media and paid ads as the landing page
QR codes on signage, business cards, flyers
SMS or WhatsApp, straight to a caller

Good to know: because the page is hosted for you, it's always up to date — rate changes and new vehicle classes appear automatically. The address bar shows your booking domain, not your main website domain. If you need the booking flow to stay on your own domain, use the Script Embed instead.

Method 2

iFrame Embed

The same hosted booking page from Method 1, shown inside a box on one of your own pages. You paste a single line of code wherever you want the booking form to appear — the ready-to-copy version for your account, including a live preview, is in your admin panel under Setup → Booking Widget → Embed Code.

How to install it

The steps depend on your website platform, but the idea is always the same — paste the code into an HTML, Custom Code, or Embed block: a Custom HTML block in WordPress, Embed HTML in Wix, a Code block in Squarespace, HTML mode in Shopify, or directly into the template on a custom-built site.

Good to know: because the content sits in a box, the address in your browser bar never changes as the customer moves through the steps — so individual steps can't be measured separately in your analytics. If step-by-step funnel tracking matters to you, use the Script Embed instead.

Method 3

Script Embed

The deepest and most branded option. Instead of sending customers away or boxing the form into a frame, the booking flow renders directly inside your own web pages, as a genuine part of your site — your header, footer, navigation, and tracking stay in place on every step.

Stays on your domain

Better for customer trust, and better for search engines — the booking journey never leaves your website.

Full funnel measurement

Each step is a real page on your site, so you can track drop-off in Google Analytics or Meta Pixel and run remarketing.

Your design wraps the widget

Add your own trust badges, testimonials, or fleet photography around each step, instead of the widget dictating the layout.

What you need: someone who can add a small piece of code to five pages on your website — your web developer, or whoever maintains your site. There's no software to install and no changes needed on your web server. The exact code for your account is in your admin panel under Setup → Booking Widget — your developer can take it from there.

Not Sure Which to Pick

Choosing Between the Three

Need bookings coming in today, with no developer? Use the Booking URL — a "Book Now" button and a QR code.

Have a website and want the form on it with minimal effort? Use the iFrame Embed.

Want the booking journey to be a genuine part of your website, with full measurement and branding? Use the Script Embed.

They're not mutually exclusive — a common setup is the Script Embed on the main website, with the Booking URL used behind QR codes and in email campaigns.

Common Questions

Booking Widget — FAQ

Real answers to the questions we hear most from operators setting this up.

The Booking URL. It's a complete, ready-made booking page hosted for you — there's nothing to install or configure. Share the link anywhere: a "Book Now" button, email signature, social media, QR codes, or SMS.

Yes — the iFrame Embed is a single line of code you paste into an HTML or Custom Code block in WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or a custom-built site. No developer needed.

Only if you want the fully branded version — the booking flow rendered as genuine pages on your own website, so it never leaves your domain and each step can be tracked separately in your analytics. That version takes a developer adding a small piece of code to five pages on your site.

Yes, for the Booking URL and iFrame Embed — both are hosted for you, so rate changes, new vehicle classes, and new service types appear automatically with no work on your side.

Yes. A QR code for your booking link is generated automatically in your account, ready to download for print, share directly from your device, or copy as a link.

Everything specific to your account — your booking URL, iFrame code, and QR codes — is in your admin panel under Setup → Booking Widget, ready to copy.

Yes, they're not mutually exclusive. A common setup is the fully branded version on the main website, with the Booking URL used behind QR codes and in email campaigns.
