Still on Limo Anywhere?
Here's What Switching Looks Like.

If your monthly software bill keeps creeping up while your margins keep shrinking, you're not crazy. That's how these platforms are built. Per-booking fees, tier upgrades, add-on charges.

We do one thing differently. Twenty-five dollars a month. Flat. Unlimited bookings. No commission on any fare. We'll move your whole operation over this weekend for free.

Mon–Fri, 8am to 6pm EST. Real person answers.

The bill

Let's talk about your monthly bill

If you're running 8 cars on Limo Anywhere, you're probably looking at $400 to $700 a month between the base plan, per-booking fees, and the extras. Sometimes more if you have a busy month. Which is backwards — the busier you get, the more your software charges you.

We charge $25 a month. That's it. Doesn't matter if you run 50 trips or 5,000.

What you're probably paying nowWhat you'd pay with us
Monthly base: $99–$299$25 flat
Per-booking fees: $0.50–$2 eachNone
Driver app license: extraIncluded
Passenger app: extra or unavailableIncluded
Tiered upgrades as you growNo tiers. Same price forever.
Annual contractCancel anytime

I'm not going to pretend Limo Anywhere is a bad product. It works. It's just expensive, and it's built to charge you more as you grow. That model doesn't fit a lot of NYC operators we talk to.

What transfers

Your business doesn't change. Just the bill.

Three things people worry about when they hear “migration”:

01

Your customers.

Every passenger profile, phone number, saved address, billing detail, and trip history comes with you. We pull it from your Limo Anywhere export and load it into your new account. You don't re-enter anything.

02

Your fares.

Zero commission. We don't take a cut of anything you bill. The whole fare is yours. Always has been, always will be.

03

Your brand.

Your passenger app has your name on it. Your logo. Your colors. Not ours. Clients download your app — not some white-label product with our brand stamped on it.

The process

Friday to Monday. Here's what happens.

This is the part most operators don't believe until they see it. We've done this enough times that we know the timeline cold.

Friday afternoon

You send us the data export from Limo Anywhere. Takes you about 20 minutes. We've got a checklist.

Saturday

We configure your AtoZ account. Set up your rate cards, zones, drivers, payment processor. You don't touch anything yet.

Sunday

One hour Zoom with you and whoever handles dispatch. We walk you through the console. You break things, ask dumb questions, get comfortable.

Monday morning

Your dispatcher logs in. Books a real ride. It works. We're on standby on a shared Slack channel in case anything's weird.

No downtime. You don't lose a single booking. If something goes sideways, we fix it that day.

Platform

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Dispatch console

Real-time vehicle tracking, status board, live map.

Driver app

iOS and Android. Push notifications, navigation, status updates.

Passenger app

Your branding, your name, your colors.

Web booking widget

Embed on your site, takes payments directly.

Flight tracking

JFK and LaGuardia. Drivers don't sit burning gas when a flight's delayed.

Zone-based pricing

NYC congestion + airport tolls, pre-loaded.

Corporate billing

Net 30, PO numbers, separate invoicing per account.

Stripe payments

Integrated. No extra transaction markup from us.

Reports + exports

Everything your accountant needs, in standard formats.

We're not trying to be Salesforce. If you need 47 integrations and custom workflows, we're probably not the right fit. If you need software that runs your day without billing you to death, we are.

Built for NYC

We built this with NYC operators in mind

TLC stuff matters. Congestion pricing matters. JFK queue logic matters. We didn't bolt these on as afterthoughts.

Congestion pricing zones

Pre-loaded. Your rates auto-adjust for Manhattan south of 60th.

JFK terminal logic

Terminal-by-terminal pickup, including the Central Taxi Hold.

LGA terminal map

The new layout is in there. Drivers know exactly where to go.

Corporate account billing

Multi-account billing for clients who book through a travel desk.

Want to see it before you decide?

Book a 15-minute demo and I'll show you the console with your kind of operation in mind. No slide deck. No sales pitch. If it doesn't fit, I'll tell you.

We answer the phone. We answer emails the same day. If we don't, that's on us.
