End User License Agreement

1. Grant of Licence

A to Z Dispatch Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on compatible devices for internal business dispatch purposes only.

2. Ownership & Restrictions

All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain with A to Z Dispatch Inc.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or attributions;
• Use the Software for any purpose beyond dispatch operations;
• Rent, lease, or use the Software to offer services to third parties without authorization;
• Bypass security or usage limits embedded within the Software.

3. Use and Compliance

Use of the Software must comply with:

• Applicable laws and regulations;
• Google and Apple store policies;
• No illegal, infringing, or abusive purposes;

You are responsible for securing your account credentials and ensuring authorized personnel access only.

4. Updates & Support

Licensor may provide updates, patches, and new versions, which are governed by this same Agreement unless they come with a separate EULA.

Support services are provided at Licensor's discretion and may cease at any time without notice.

7. Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
• Licensor may terminate your licence if you breach this Agreement.
• Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all instances of the Software.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Country, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.

9. Third‑Party Beneficiaries

Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.

10. Acceptance

By using any part of the Software—including the mobile apps, Dispatch Console, or Web Booker—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
