Shared Subscription for Limo Operators

Own your limo dispatch platform. Share the monthly bill.

Bring other limo and chauffeur operators onto your AtoZ Dispatch system and split the subscription with them, or resell it. A small operator gets a full white-label platform with their own brand, clients, and apps, without carrying the whole cost alone.

What is a shared dispatch software subscription?

A shared subscription is one AtoZ Dispatch subscription used by more than one operator. The operator who signs up adds other operators to the same system. They can split the monthly bill, pass work between each other, or the account owner can resell the system to them. It's how a one- or two-car limo business can own a branded dispatch platform instead of renting space on someone else's.

Why small limo operators end up on marketplaces

Most small limo and chauffeur operators know they'd be better off with their own booking website and apps. What stops them is the monthly cost of running a full platform for one or two cars. So they list on a marketplace, take the cut it charges on every fare, and watch repeat customers book through someone else's app.

A shared subscription changes the math. Picture two limo owners in the same city, two cars each, who already send each other overflow on busy Saturdays. On one shared AtoZ system they split the monthly bill, pass jobs to each other properly instead of by text, and each keeps their own clients.

Every client still books under the operator's own business name, on their own platform. Nobody is building a customer list for a marketplace.

How operators use it

How to share an AtoZ Dispatch subscription

Share the bill

You and a couple of limo operators you know run on one system and divide the monthly cost between you. Each of you pays a share, not the whole thing.

Share the work

When you're all on the same system, a job one of you can't cover goes to someone who can, instead of being turned away.

Resell it

Bring other operators onto your system and charge them for it. The subscription starts paying for itself, and you become the provider.

Planning to resell to many operators as a business? The AtoZ Reseller Program has white-label pricing and volume discounts built for that.

What's on the platform you share

Sharing the bill doesn't mean a cut-down version. The system is the full AtoZ Dispatch platform: booking links, QR booking, and a booking wizard; the dispatch console, website, driver app, and passenger app; plus training, onboarding, and migration assistance. See what's on each plan on the pricing page.

Growing with drivers, too?

A shared subscription is for operators working together. If you run a larger limo company with your own fleet, start with dispatch software for limo companies. If you're a chauffeur building a team under you, look at Team Chauffeur. Either way, real people help you set it up. Read what support looks like after you subscribe.

Yes. An operator on AtoZ Dispatch can add other operators and resell the system to them. If reselling is going to be a real part of your business, the AtoZ Reseller Program has white-label pricing and volume discounts built for that.

Yes. When operators are on the same system, jobs can be passed between them, so a booking one of you can't cover doesn't have to be turned away.

Yes. AtoZ Dispatch is white-label: your booking website, passenger app, and driver app carry your brand, and your customer data belongs to you. Sharing the subscription lowers the cost of running on your own platform — it doesn't hand your customers to anyone else.

A marketplace owns the customer and usually takes a cut of each fare. On AtoZ Dispatch you pay zero commission, customers book under your name, and the repeat business stays with you. Sharing the subscription is how smaller operators get that without carrying the full cost alone.

No. It's built with small limo and chauffeur operators in mind, but it works the same way for taxi, black car, and airport transfer operators who want their own platform without paying for it alone.
