What kind of support do I get?

Email response same day, usually within a couple hours. Phone support Mon–Fri 8am–6pm EST. For urgent stuff outside hours, there's an emergency line we share with active customers.

How long has AtoZ been around?

Long enough to have customers running real operations on the platform. Short enough that I still answer most support emails myself. Trade-offs both ways. We're transparent about it.

What if I have to migrate but my data is from a really old system?

I'll be honest about the pricing

People ask this a lot. “How do you charge so little? What's the catch?”

The catch is that we don't take commissions on your bookings. So if you book a lot of jobs, we don't make more money from you. That's the whole model, no asterisks.

Are we leaving money on the table? Probably. We figure if we charge a fair amount and the product is good, more operators will switch over time, and that works out.
