Yes. One operator holds the plan and AtoZ sends that account holder a single monthly invoice. The account holder can then share the cost with the drivers using it. On Team 5 at $149 a month, five drivers splitting it evenly works out under $30 each. The plan price, the capacity and the zero commission do not change.

A job you cannot cover yourself has three homes: your own chauffeur, a partner operator in your network, or a freelance affiliate driver. Your own driver keeps the most margin and control. A partner operator suits work needing a company behind it. A freelancer suits one-off overflow. AtoZ takes no commission on any of the three.

An operator network is a private group of transport companies you invite yourself, so you can pass overflow work to partners you already trust instead of a public marketplace. You assign the booking to a partner, they dispatch it to their own drivers, and no platform takes a commission on the handover. The customer stays yours.

Redispatching means work arrives at you and you decide who runs it. A lead driver can pass a received job to a team driver, invite a new driver with the job attached, or reassign a job they had already accepted from My Rides. The customer, the brand and the margin stay with the operator, and no commission is taken on any handover.

Send the invitation from the driver app, with a job attached or on its own. Your driver receives an email and an SMS with a link, downloads the app, and adds three things — vehicle, licence and photo — before accepting. There is no application or approval queue. Agree the split, standards and response time before you send it.

A lead driver can build a team of drivers they choose and pass jobs to them from the app. The receiving driver earns the full fare, no commission is taken on the handover, and the customer stays with the operator who booked them. If a driver does not accept inside the response window, the job returns to the sender.
